CHILD DEVELOPMENT
All classrooms are equipped with age appropriate furniture, toys, and equipment, which encourage participation in the above activities. Lesson plans for each classroom are designed to incorporate early learning standards based on areas of interest expressed by the children in the class. Summer themes turn Care 4 Kids Educational Child Care Center into a rainforest, ocean, outer space, and other themes the children want to explore. Our goal for your children is to prepare them socially and academically for school while giving loving care and encouragement to meet their individual needs.
Developmental screenings and other assessments are scheduled for all children ages birth through 5 years. Progress reports are completed throughout the school year and parent-teacher conferences are scheduled at least 2 times per year. We value parent input and involvement in providing support for each child's experience and to help ensure a successful transition to elementary school. Family members are encouraged to speak with the teachers or visit the classroom at any time.
